Good work
Poor attitude. He fixed the issue while diagnosing, then wanted me to pay ~$400 for the repair without running that by me for approval first. Then got upset with me when I called that out. Luckily his supervisor was reasonable.

Great service person-bad message center
Jeff K was very courteous and messaged me before his arrival. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. My only complaint was with the inefficiency of Sears Servive's messaging system. On one single day I got 12 (twelve) messages from them with conflicting information about my upcoming appointment. Several even after Jeff has finished his service and left my home. Sorry, but you asked.

Not totally satisfied!
We were happy with the work done. The oven works. But after the service man left, we realize that there was no sound at all (BEEP), for example after you enter cook time and cook power, timer and when the cooking is done from both the microwave and the oven. I called the service man twice and left a message, so far he hasn't got back to us. *We need the service department to get ahold of us to fix the problem that has occurred. Then we can say the job was completed to our satisfaction! Thank You for your help in this manner

Horrible Service
I have been trying to get both my washer and dryer fixed for over 1 month. Sears constantly cancels my appointment with no reason and when I try to call back they never answer. Machine just says " You don't have any orders, good bye" and hangs up. I have been calling for 4 straight days and no one has yet answered. Terrible service, not sure what changed used to be easy to work with. Do Not use Sears, waste of money, they refuse repairs by cancelling and then pretending you never made appointment even though I have repair number and confirmation emails.

I was given 3 different times for arrival. None of them were correct. I waited practically all day for the service men to come. When they finally arrived I sensed that they were in a hurry to finish, I heard them say that they needed to drive to Las Cruces. I was not very happy with the service.

Only real complaint is repair time - took a total of three weeks of no oven. That's a long time to repair an appliance

Great Service
Chris was very efficient in installing the ice maker in my Kenmore Elite refrigerator. Sears has always been our go to for appliances and now that they are getting a little older, I'm glad to see that there's great service out there for them. Thank you.

Dryer repair - lint screen and casing
It appears the repair was done correctly. I won't know for sure until after I use the dryer. The reason why I'm giving this service call three stars is the technician did not clean up after himself. There was dust all over the top of the dryer where he had placed the old parts on top of the dryer and dust all over the floor. I had to clean up behind him.
