I had a Sears technician come out to service my craftsman lawnmower to put mulching blades & a belt replacement well he put regular blades & a used belt & charged me for what he didn't put on once I found out about it I was very disappointed in his service for him to ever think I wouldn't have known the difference.

I don't know what "It C"is, but it's connected to Sears Home which is the absolute worst. So zero stars for IT C and Sears Home.

Ice maker not fixed

He came and checked it and saw a few pieces of ice and said its working. Took my check and its really not working. I would not recommend him

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with any company

The first tech told me in early January when he came to look at the oven that it needed new fans, but they probably wouldn't be available anywhere, so a replacement was likely needed. For the next three months, I called the CS number repeatedly and was told the fans couldn't be found, so a replacement would be coming, but it had to be authorized first by either "the team" or "the decider." I explained multiple times during this time that the oven was now turning itself off and making a loud buzzing noise, so even if the replacement parts were ever found, I didn't think they would fix the oven. I was told every time I called that I would be contacted or emailed within 3-5 business days; I was never contacted once. Finally, parts just started arriving unannounced at my house and a new service appointment was automatically made. A new tech came two days ago and installed the new parts. The oven turned on and the new fans were working. Today, the oven was used for the first time with the new fans and it started turning itself off and displaying a PF message. I just called CS and I was told the system to make an appointment is down for upgrades, so I'll need to call back next week to see if I can schedule someone to come back to look at the oven. This level of horrible service is frankly shocking in 2024. I've heard of nightmares from decades ago of dealing with cable or utility companies, but to experience it firsthand leaves me angry and tremendously disappointed. I pay for a warranty service on my home appliances and yet I haven't had a working oven for months. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

here's the thing. while David was excellent, it took OVER a month to complete the refrigerator repair. That's not really acceptable. If any of you yourselves had to endure that, you would understand exactly what I'm saying. Being much more timely would greatly help you. Thank you.

Review of technician for dishwasher

Technician walked into my kitchen. Looked at dishwasher, mumbled something about not fixing dishwasher. He then scribbled on paperwork (which was supposedly supposed to be my signature). He then left to go outside. I thought he'd come in to talk to me about what was going on. Instead he got in his truck and left. I thought he was rude, and forged my signature. If I could I'd rate him a negative 20.

Absolutely terrible

I first started having problems with my dryer two and a half months ago, it still doesn't work. Finally got approval to replace it three weeks ago and have not heard anything. I have called probably a dozen calls and get told the same thing that they need to have 48 more hours.

No one ever showed up

I don't know 2 scheduled visits and no one has up. We'll 1st visit schedule 12 to 5 called at 9:15 am when I was at work told him I would be back for the 12 and after scheduled time. He said he would come back later no show Rescheduled for 3/30 time given was between 8 to 12 shifted my work schedule to be there and at 12:15 no call or no show.
