Technician Santos did not know to service my ice maker. Broke plastic tabs and did not fix unit. Next Technician knew how to service

Furnace/Thermostat
The technician came out and fixed my furnace yes he got my heat to work but he programmed my thermostat he programmed it to On Auto and Circulate meaning my thermostat never cuts off. Due to this my bill is now extremely high and I now have to pay for someone to com out again to fix the problem. Which is extremely unfair to me

LG repair work
Worst experience I have ever had from a repair stand point. 3 different repairman over 2 months and never was repaired. The second repairman totally ruined a new compressor with lousy welds and caught the insulation on fire. Causing soot to fly all over the house. The third Sears guy said the unit could not be repaired. So finally I called LG direct. Thanks to the LG company repairman who came and replaced everything that Sears/AE guy destroyed. After 2.5 hours of work the unit now works like new. Lesson learned don't call Sears/AE for repair work. So unhappy!

Lawn tractor failure
I have waited 5 months to have my lawn tractor repaired. I have had numerous transmission failures and Sears continues to attempt to "repair". It takes months to get parts, then they don't fit or fix the problem. I have called numerous times to try and get someone to come out again and the "system" is down. I would never recommend Sears to anyone I care about.

Refrigerator Repair
Freezer and fridge were at 34/45 respectively. Repair man came out. Said problem probably dusty coils. Vacuumed. Said that should fix it and he saw temp going down but would take some time. Assured me it was not compressor. Temp never changed from before he came till days later. I called 2nd repair person (not Sears) who troubleshooted the situation and found there was a faulty part that KitchenAid no longer makes. Not happy with findings, but it was an answer. Just wish Sears would have gone a little further in diagnostics to identify problem so I would not have had to call 2nd person. I did not call Sears back because would have spent more money and not confident in getting any more info. Maurio was super nice and very professional but did not thoroughly troubleshoot the problem.

James was great
The reason for one stars is that the service department is a fraud. I am not talking about James. I am talking about Sears in general. I have a master agreement protection plan. My hot water heater broke. It was deemed on repairable. I needed to purchase one with my own money from my plumber. I was told that I would get a check from Sears. It has been five weeks I have gotten nothing but a runaround. The last gentleman I spoke to actually told me I will probably not be getting a check and I should hire a lawyer. Can you imagine???

If I could rate 0 I would
The experience with Sears has been less than desirable. Especially the service from Randy S. He took his time with everything. Didn't show up with the necessary tools and then did a very bad installation and asked us what we wanted him to do about it. The unit was leaking bad and he said it was cause we had it on. Well how else would we have even known it was leaking. Had another company and a supervisor come out from Sears and they discovered that there was an improper valve installed, the drain hole was not plugged which is why it was leaking heavy. The actual drain line was not connected. The copper was not covered. I could go on. Long story short, we are now in month 3 and my unit is still not working right. And they keep trying to send Randy out! Disappointed with Sears and the warranty company at this point. Beware!

Not experience with Lawrence
I had a Sears technician come out to service my craftsman lawnmower to put mulching blades & a belt replacement well he put regular blades & a used belt & charged me for what he didn't put on once I found out about it I was very disappointed in his service for him to ever think I wouldn't have known the difference.
