    I was told that for $265, my washer can be fixed but then service guy told me he was unable to do cuz sticker with serial number was missing and that I can get it fixed somewhere else

    The gentleman who fixed our fridge is the best ever. He looked and checked the compressor, and while not normal though the freon line should be checked. He then emptied the fridge completely and found the freon line kinked and fixed that. Our believe is this was the problem since day one and the Compressor that was replaced in April was not the problem. as we now have , for the first time ever, cold milk and hard Ice cream verse many occasions of sour milk, and near liquid ice cream. In short the problem was in the manufacturing process and not the compressor. Your man deservers accolades, we will no longer contemplate legal action for the previous several years of condemnation of your product.

  5. Left replaced part crooked. Also, the charges for labor extremely high!

    Technician was late. Then, he was only here for 1 hour, 20 mins. Charged me $460.00. Replaced ice maker but installed id crooked, making it difficult to remove ice collection bucket. I told him it was crooked but he did not fix it. I am dissatisfied!!

  7. Did not fix my Ranges but still charged $89 Labors fee

    The technician arrived on time within the appointed time frame. He spent about 2 minutes asking about what happed to my range which was the door not locking/ unlocking. He then spent another 3 minutes to check the Ranges and take off the front panel and plug in the charger to charge his phone. The next 10 minutes was him clicking on his phone and finally tell me that the part is no longer available so I would have to buy new Ranges. I was still charged the $89 Labors fee even there was no work done. Avoid if you can.
