The Technician arrived on schedule window, he was very polite and courteous. I showed him the refrigerator and explained the situation. He went to work immediately and explained the problem while showing the ice buildup in the wrong place. He took care of the situation.

Ben was very accommodating in helping me to prepare for replacing the part for the fridge. He warned me about the melting water possibly damaging the wooden floor. I provided him with some towels and he cautioned me to change him at some point. I thank him for his kindness as well
