  3. Hard to get an appointment

    I was happy with the service man. But to get to that service was very difficult I was on the phone for 30 minutes to get an appointment. I was transferred to three departments before I got appointment.

  5. At least it makes ice now

    I had a problem with my ice maker. Technician came, found problem with wiring ("poor design"), said it would take about 24 hours for ice bin to fill up. That part was correct. Problem now, after almost 3 1/2 days, is that I cannot dispense ice from the usual spot in the door. I guess I need to call again and take time off from work to meet the technician again.

  8. Stuck with your service

    The present problem dated back to Nov. 2020 yet the problem has just been partially solved! The refridgerator is more than 20 years old! I think I deserve a subtitute after paying for warranty more than I paid to buy the refridgerator!

  10. Mixed review

    The refrigerator was fixed but I am rating lower because of other reasons, the service repair person asked to use the bathroom. We were not expecting them to stay in the bathroom for a long time running the water and the whole sink was filled with suds and my towel was soaked like they washed up. Also I had a cup and I think they drank out of it. Why are they doing this during Covid?
