    Might replace the grill now.. told call Saturday for answer .. called and told to call Wednesday and they would decide how much they would give me toward a replacement..

  4. Unable to duplicate while he was here

    Unfortunately, the noise that occurs really often did not occur while he was here so he was aunable to pinpoint the issue. I am not interested in replacing an expensive part hoping that was the issue or buying a home warranty at this time. The noise of course has happened many times since he left. I wish there was a way I could tell what was running when the noise occurs.

    My KItchenAid dishwasher was repaired under warranty, and the company Sears used to repair was great. The serviceman, Pierre, was professional yet very personable. He knew his stuff and was easy to talk with as well.

    AS OF DEC. 27,2019, THERE WERE TECH 4. HERE AND AS JAN 17,2020, IT STILL WAS NOT REPAIRED, I GAVE UP AFTER THAT, AFTER PAYING APPROX. $400.00, I ASK FOR A REFUND BUT RECEIVED.. IF THIS SERVICE, I MUST BE STUPID AND I AM NOT.,YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS..DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN ......

  9. Great Technician but terrible unit replacement process

    Technician ordered new part which was the appropriate thing to do. However the part was not available, and therefore the microwave had to be replaced per Sears protection policy. That process took 7 long weeks and at least 9 phone calls to complete. Terrible organization!

    Repairman was very good. When I called to make an appointment I was told the charge for labor will be $99.00 The final bill was $120.80. Why the difference?
