I was happy with the service man. But to get to that service was very difficult I was on the phone for 30 minutes to get an appointment. I had a problem with my ice maker. Technician came, found problem with wiring ("poor design"), said it would take about 24 hours for ice bin to fill up. That part was correct. Problem now, after almost 3 1/2 days, is that I cannot dispense ice from the usual spot in the door. The present problem dated back to Nov. 2020 yet the problem has just been partially solved! The refridgerator is more than 20 years old! I think I deserve a subtitute after paying for warranty more than I paid to buy the refridgerator!Dear Duro, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. The refrigerator was fixed but I am rating lower because of other reasons, the service repair person asked to use the bathroom. We were not expecting them to stay in the bathroom for a long time running the water and the whole sink was filled with suds and my towel was soaked like they washed up.
