it took weeks to get a n appt then weeks to come back to put in parts and weeks to come back to fix what wasn't fixed and i bet he wont have parts again so week s more to come back being 3 months with out a refrigerator is may be acceptable sears business practice but unacceptable to reasonable customers not what was promised when I purchased your useless warranty disservice, i was told 3 moving parts, which was read to me from some guide,and the refrigerator would be replaced then i was told it has to be so many types of visit imagine, and the compressor was a replacement which means the refrigerator was not a dent and scratch as represented, I even asked if it had been repaired ... is there any truths you people tell

Extremely Disappointed in the service
I had to stay home to wait for the tec between 8-12 only to have him arrive with no part to fix what was diagnosed by another tec a week before. He knew nothing about the prior call. Diagnosed another problem and had to order parts. A waste of my time and his. Why did the first guy (Kyle) ever come out???

The first scheduled service the guy showed up 40min late. I had to leave the house. It then took over a month to get another appt. The guy was nice. As for sears, we will never buy from there again.

NO SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER!!!
TECH CAME AND REPLACE A MOTHER BOARD IN THE BACK OF MY FRIDGE. FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING THE NEXT NIGHT WHEN I CAME HOME, FREEZER WAS SWIMMING IN THAWED FOOD. BEFORE HE CAME THE FRIDGE AND FREEZER WORKED-I HAVE A FEW ITEMS FREEZING IN THE BACK OF THE DRAWER. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE TO COME AND LOOK AT IT UNTIL 9/21/2015. THIS HAPPENED 9/10/2015 I HAVE A MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT THAT SAYS I GET AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT(GUESS NOT) AND THEY WILL ONLY COVER $250.00 TOPS FOR ALL MY SPOILED MEAT IN THE FREEZER. I HAD MORE THAN $250.00 WORTH OF MEAT ALONG NOT TO MENTION FISH, SHRIMP AND VEGGIES. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF NOT HAVING THEM COME AT ALL

I used them a week ago. Tried to use the washer as soon as they left and it stopped just like before the $200 service call. Called back to get someone out again and had to wait another week. Currently dragging baskets of clothes to a laundromat. Really bad service!!!

Still not fixed!!
The tech was great! But the parts never arrived(over a week later still no sign), but the tech determined those were not the needed parts. So I have received another repair date a week out and new parts ordered. Still no parts and as it stands I will be out a washer for over 2 weeks. We are a family of 6 with no washer!! The call center auto service hung up on me 5 times before getting a real person on the phone who was not able to help at all since they have no information on their end!! So unbelievably frustrating!!

I am very disappointed that I have been waiting since mid August for refrigerator repair. When repairman arrived Aug. 20, the power was off. He left me his # to call when it came on. It was back on in 1 hour. I called 4 times and no answer. Another appointment was made, he came 9/9. He said he didn't answer last time because he had to go home. I waited until 5 that day. This time he said the faucet was working and I needed another part. The faucet has not worked yet for me. He said I needed another part. When it came I should call and let them know and make another appt. Maybe we'll get the refrigerator fixed before 2016????

Never use these services
The repair man arrived on time, attempted to fix what he belived was the compressor! After 24 hrs the refridge still was not working. After spending many minutes an speaking to several depts, i was told they could mot come out for another week an a few days! At this point it had been two weeks without a refridgator. Knowing even if i waited anther week for the repair man it would take another two weeks after to come back so waiting another three weeks to attempt to fix it was unacceptable! I got a full refund for money spent
