I was just have a routine checkup under the extended warrenty and it went great

The service men tried to repair the refrigerator. It took too long to get the parts and it took over three weeks or more to service the refrigerator. Because of miss -information we are still without a refrigerator . Because we will be out of town next week the new refrigerator could not be delivered until the 18th of May. We are elderly people and it has been a hardship to be without a refrigerator.

Tech was good. Telephone customer service is a pain since they keep calling and calling. Tech was on the phone with sears way to long quoting warrant paragraph #s. We pay a lot for yearly service agreements and should not have to worry if ice maker is covered or not. All of parts for item covered should be covered

WE USE THEM EVERY YEAR TO CHECK OUR APPLIANCES. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.

Sears technician recently repaired my new dual fuel oven and did a fantastic job. However, it was brand new, and I was concerned that it had arrived with a broken burner. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I guess they can break during delivery. So all in all I'm happy.

I been having so many problems with my washer machine ,it was great to have a serviceman come over my house diagnosed the problem get the part and fix it the same day !
