Tech did an awesome job,really explained every thing clearly so I would understand.

repairs were minimal service advisor explain fully the operating procedures on both machines...very pleased

The person who serviced my treadmill was on time, put on shoe covers and was very polite. I am not sure how to rate the quality of the service since every time I hear a noise the treadmill has my weight on it and has been going for a while. Those conditions were not duplicated during the service.

took longer that what i expected to get an appointment but the service man was good
