Found out that the line inside the door was frozen. Needed to leave door open and the ice bucket out to let the line thaw out

Kenmore Elite not cool enough
Way too much admin with repeated requests for information about our refrigerator and the problem. The technician did not receive any of it! The diagnostic told me to replace this 6.5-year-old unit with a new one. So disappointed that the newer models do not last!!!

Fixed ice maker leak.
The guy, JC, that came did a great job. He fixed my ice maker leak by putting in a new part. Also he had the new part on his truck!! That was a great thing! The only reason I gave him a 4 star was because he wasn't really a talker. But that's not a bad thing. What's more important was that he did a great job fixing my problem!

He was great today...about 2 hrs late but...
Howard said a person would be out on Thursday. No one came, no one called, ..I wasted the whole day! So I rescheduled. I think a call should have been made when he saw he wasn't going to make it. I was mad!
