Warranty work
I had to take 6 diff times off to get the original issue repaired. Parts were not installed and pushed into the trash box, and not even discussed. I am not at all happy with Sear's appliance repair..

repair of icemaker
The tech did not trouble shoot the ice maker problem. He just assumed it was all the ice maker parts in the freezer door. He ordered a bunch of parts, returned t replace them and it is still not working. So now i have to make another appointment for the repair.

Quick but slow
It took about a month to get this repair done. We had to have a part ordered which is understandable, but then there was a cancellation that made us have to wait almost another 2 weeks.

Wrong technician sent
Vincent tried to assist but he wasn't the right technician for the job. Sears assigned him instead of a GE technician.

Samsung refrigerator ice maker.
3 hours after repair to ice maker there is no ice. I'll wait over night before calling Sears services again and before final rating.

Ice maker
Douglas and partner came to my house to fix my ice maker. Douglas did the work but the other guy sat at my table like live there. His body odor was horrible. They left trash and my ice maker still doesn't work.

Did not show up as schedule
Brian did not go out of his way to accommodate me. He was extremely late on the first visit. Did not show up to 6:45 pm on first visit. The window was open from 7 am to 6 pm.

Great tech; marginal company
The tech Javodka was excellent and polite. The scheduling system is inflexible and will not give an appointment other than the expected day until the last minute, forcing you to keep a full day open

Cool
Not sure since it was a different technician this time but lack of communication between service technician let us without a diagnosis to the original problem. Tech was definitely knowledgeable on the task but couldn't give us any information as to what was originally wrong. Wasted a Saturday and still not fixed. We have NOT a real size running refrigerator for over a month!
