    The water on our refrigerator quit working. Called Sears for service and it was over a month before they came out. They charged just over $150. for about 45 minutes on site but couldn't get it working but I did the next day. The tech found the problem but I didn't feel it was cost effective for him to charge for staying several hours to get it working. The water line was frozen inside the door.

    I was very please with the service , part came in damaged had to be reordered however after receiving the part I had to call to find out when my repair will be completed The tech that finished the repair was Awesome very polite made sure I had had no question or concerns with repair before leaving
