Replace ignitor for oven/broiler of Kenmore Gas Range
After receiving the part and making at least 4 different appointments for the repair, Isaiah finally came today to complete the repair. He is friendly and competent but I really wish there was a "human" that I could contact rather than automation. Because of the automation there was at least a 10 day delay.

Denny C was a nice technician and appeared to know his business. I would have rated him a 5 based on his professionalism and performance if he had stuck to the original time I was texted which was between 7:43am and 8:24am or at least send me an updated message with the estimated time of arrival. He came hours later but we were not informed. Otherwise, I was satisfied.
Toni W,
Pine Bluff, ARSears sucks! Tech was respectful on phone.
Used my home warranty to get my stove top repaired. I got a confirmation of service date. Which was confirmed a week in advance. The day of the scheduleled service i got a email with that day and a different day, which I took off of work. Due to the fact that I only got a time frame of 8 am to 5pm. So I tried calling sears. The automation had 0 options to actually talk to someone to confirmation the dates. The only option was to reschedule. After a couple hours of being on hold with sears and my home warranty. I was told it would in fact be serviced that day and the other date was a follow up to confirm everything was working well. 4:30 pm rolls around and still no word. Couldn't get through again. Finally at 4:55 pm I get through to my home warranty. By the time I explained again what was going it was after 5pm and they couldn't get ahold of sears. Emails were sent to sears. Nothing for days. Finally I just got it handled myself. Sears finally reaches out by automated text. I canceled with them and got a confirmation that the message was received. So the day of the second service date rolls up and I get a phone call, from a service tech that was just doing his job. He was nice and respectful over the phone. Good on him. But forget sears. Their system of communication is trash. I lost a days worth of wages to sit on the phone trying to communicate with sears. Just to get stressed that I didn't have a place to cook my family food. I will not recommend sears, due to the lack of leadership and communication.

Dmitri R,
Newton Upper Falls, MAAmar is great!
Highly skilled, very nice man, however we're still looking for the origin of the elusive loud vibrations emanating from our oven after 3 visits by different techs.

Nico knew his stuff. He was quick and efficient installing our GE stovetop. Nico was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed our conversation explaining our stove top.
Pamelabud H,
Cleveland, SCGood, but rushed.
The estimated arrival time kept changing throughout the day. Started at noon, and ended up being 5:30. The estimator could do a much better job, and it would make it quite a bit easier for those of us who can't just sit at home. Technician wasn't paying attention when they were driving in, and ran over limestone slabs for a sidewalk we were working on, and broke a few. Other than that, Eric was great again, as he has been to our house before. Very knowledgeable, and just as frustrated that the same part broke.
