Great service by Shane C

I had already had my heating element replaced earlier in the year. I'm disabled and wasn't sure why it wouldn't dry the clothes. Shane was able to find the simple problem quickly, but he just didn't assume that was the only problem. He did a very thorough job checking all the possible issues. He was very nice and professional.
