Jose was truly an amazing technician! I showed him a video of the problem so he knew what was going on. He had to order a part from the manufacturer then came back to fix it! Truly amazing and thankful for his work!

I had already had my heating element replaced earlier in the year. I'm disabled and wasn't sure why it wouldn't dry the clothes. Shane was able to find the simple problem quickly, but he just didn't assume that was the only problem. He did a very thorough job checking all the possible issues. He was very nice and professional. Highly recommended.
