Im aware that a good tech is busy and limited for time and I do appreciate the app that says his proximity. However, sending a different tech to follow up on a job created on both our parts. first. he did not know where to show up and that was a barrier. secondly, the person who was supposed to meet him was always only 15 min away from the site and Eugunio called me 10 min after he arrived and said he had other jobs to do and I need to hurry up. Then, he did not know that the job was on a boat in a marina further away from where he parked. He showed obvious signs of frustration. During the service, he did not explain his actions and at the end said the ice make should start working within 48 hours. That to me was a cop-out. that machine makes ice with an hour and he was too ready to leave to even see if the machine went through its cycle, saying if it does not, call you and you would send out a new tech. That puts the responsibility and expense back on you. Believe me, I will be more than skeptical over the next two days and if that machine so much as flickers, I will make some one else come out here. All that said, the first tech you sent was engaging and helpful and i felt that he knew his job and wanted me to be assured I picked the right company.

The technician was very good but I do believe that sears is way overcharging. I had a part replaced that can be bought from sears for under $100.00 and I paid almost $200.00. The labor was over $400.00 and the technician was at my house for the repair for less than 15 mins. I believe this is unacceptable and will not recommend sears for repair.

Tech was very polite, but seemed to need more training

Richard was hey honest. He told me they don't repair my type of ice maker. What upsets me is that I did a chat with Sears home service and gave them all the information and they said they were reviewing my information to make sure they had the necessary parts to make the repair. I sent them pictures and the make and model number. But when Richard arrived he told me right away that they do not repair these type of ice makers I'm sure my First American Home warranty will not reimburse me for the 85.00 I paid up front to have it repaired Richard was good but Sears Home Services really disappointed me
David T,
Granbury, TXStill not working.
The technician thought that I needed to use an ice machine, cleaning solution, other than distilled white vinegar and water to get rid of the calcium deposit. I used two bottles of a fresh the system is still not working.

Antonio is great. However, my ice problem has not been resolved. I have had service techs to my home from Jan 18 to Feb 5. Four major parts have been replaced. My service man said there is nothing more he could do until I have a plumber here to check the water pipes. There are NO sediments in the water going into the ice machine. It is imperative that someone takes care/ replaces my machine!!! Plz respond! I am a senior citizen and I can't stand this any more!!

Noah said it would be making ice after 1-2 hours but it didn't. Not sure if he checked the other part so now I have had to schedule another appointment which is January 25, 9 days I have to wait. I have been trying to get this fixed starting November 20th and cannot get this escalated since I have been a customer since 2009
