the"Best of Sears "service. Knowlegeble, competent,friendly.Showed me important info about my icemaler no one has ever explained.Good to see there are some sears service that still care about the customer.I cant get anything done with a notworkingrepair on stand up freezer under sears homewarrenty.They are impossible.

Matthew was great. The first technician ordered parts we didn't need and it took over 4 weeks to learn that nothing was wrong just the drain was blocked. I received calls to reschedule my appointment and couldn't return the call to get to a person to reschedule. Very frustrating and long wait. I should be refunded the service call

Taesoon is the only trustworthy person I've dealt with at Sears Appliance repair. Every other person (technician or customer service agent) deflects and takes no responsibility for their service. Taesoon works hard, shows up on time, and follows up on his work. I can't recommend the company, but I highly recommend this technician.
