Excellent service
James was very nice; did a wonderful job!! However the ice maker made a little ice yesterday but I checked this morning and no ice in bin. I need him to come back and see what the problem may be.

Thomas thoroughly tested, steam cleaned, then tested our free standing ice machine again. He did a great job trying to make our ice machine work. In the end I think this is a defective machine. Thanks again to Thomas for his excellent customer service and thoroughly testing our machine.
