Enrique was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and found the problem and fixed it. Very neat and cleaned up when finished. Aso, very personable. If we ever need service in the future I hope we get Enrique.

David kept me informed as to when he was going arrive at my house. He thoroughly analyzed the problem with my oven and ordered the parts on the spot. After the parts arrived, he was quick to come back and install them and thoroughly tested everything to make sure it was operating correctly before he left.

The right part was ordered the first time. The install went smoothly. No issues with the serviceman. Our issue is with the company. They force you into a 8am to 7pm window where you are waiting all day. Twice they cancelled the appointment in the afternoon.
