The service tech today was pleasant , addressed the issue and is hopefully resolved. That being said , I will not use renew this contract for multiple reasons. First being an 8 hour time frame ! Completely unreasonable to have somebody wait home for 8 hours with no update until within 30 minutes of arrival. to make matters worse , my spouse took a day off from work last week waited home for 8 hours , nobody called and never showed up. It is impossible to get a human being on the phone. I was able to live chat with Assurant they had me contact the vendor in which nobody had an explanation and was told I would be contacted the next day Surprise , Nobody ever called me back I went back online to reschedule service for the following week Tech was great today but the company behind the scene is completely unprofessional
