Phillip was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Sears service on the other hand is awful! My washer stopped working after parts were replaced, but because a knob was ordered I could not get someone back out to fix it. I could not reach a person to speak with. I waited 5 weeks before someone could come out because the knob was on back order. My calls were supposedly escalated (the few times I reached someone) but no one ever contacted me. Speaking with AI was no help. Worst customer service ever!!!
