I am very pleased with Sears Home Services. Mr. Tam's service is excellent. He is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem correctly and came to repair my refrigerator on time. Sears also provided updates on the progress of parts being ordered and appointment schedule on a daily basis. Mr. Tam spent several hours fixing it with a cheerful manner. He worked diligently on the job, very professional. He had some help with a coworker on the day of repair due to the heavy refrigerator. Mark was also very nice and friendly. He explained what the issue was. It seems Sears Services has very competent employees for the job. I am so glad to have Tam for my repair. Highly recommended.

Eduardo was not familiar with our model of GE Monogram but was able to talk to people who were. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part to correct it and scheduled a visit to install the part. He found the problem to be a kink in the drain hose and put on a new drain pan and hose. He was very professional and competent.
