Actually took time to determine what the issue was after having the same thing happen 2x in less than a year… he is a great technician and cares about the customer!! I do think the company should consider a couple issues unrelated to the technician: do not over sch the technicians and figure out a way to offer a time window shorter than 8 hours to the customer- we should not have to wait that long for you- a shorter window is much more reasonable and should be attainable!
