Thanks to Desmond for his work, his knowledge, and his advice. A 2 year old High-End fridge should not act up. Desmond took photos of the areas of issue, gave us Sound advice for the future (because it Will happen again in a couple of years). Glad Sears is still here and sending such competent staff. ADS

After the other technician telling me I would have to reschedule the appointment I made for yesterday because he doesn't want to work on dishwashers, Michael showed up today and took care of the issue in less than 15 minutes. Michael always shows up when he says he will, does a good job and is very knowledgeable and professional. (P.S. The other technician needs to find another company to work for before he loses business for Sears Home Services. This isn't the first time he's been a no show.)
