Took 3 visits and 2 techs to fix the issue and honestly not sure it has been resolved fully. Time will tell. Oven did work correctly when tech left but problem has been intermittently before this last visit. Regardless the tech did seem very knowledgeable and was professional when he was onsite.

JOSE was prompt very diligent and diagnosing the problem with my GE monogram refrigerator ordered the parts got them installed quickly and went above and beyond in resolving some issues with the part return and billing adjustments. He really showed concern for the customer and doing the right thing without any excuses.
