David did a great job checking over the oven indicating parts were no longer available for this GE oven which was installed in 1990. Also indicated that the oven is a potential fire hazard because of the age.

I have had my refrigerator serviced 5 times now. Efrain was the first technician to actually review the issue , look at possible causes and found the problem. Sadly prior techs only fixed the motor but never searched why the fan was having issues. The fan blade was striking a tube out of place, saw the damage was on the fan blade and but the tube back in place. So simple but he was so careful to understand the real issue. Ask for Efrain for great service.

After 3 visits by Sears technicians and 2 cancellations, Harvey finally fixed my refrigerator. He arrived around 6:30pm and finished around 8:30pm. I appreciate him working late to get it solved. Sears needs to do a better job at scheduling!
