I will be looking for a new warranty company after this contract expires. I have never in my life dealt with a company that is so difficult to communicate with. Their automated answering service is the worst so don't expect to be able to speak with anyone.

Robert came out to repair my gas range. I am sure he would have done a fabulous job. However both of us were caught up in a loop caused by my home warranty company because the part is no longer available. Robert was a great listener and a clear communicator, tried to save both of us some of the hassle and delay and showed genuine concern that I get a resolution from the warranty company. We are on our way to that now, thanks to his efforts.
