Left before he fixed the stove .
Tech could not find the serial no and refused to call GE do I did but as he was walking out the door saying he could do nothing I tried to give him the info I had received a minute ago from Ge and he said he closed the order and refused to stay to fix . Gad to re call Sears and am promised soneone will come back today . We will see .

GE MonoGram Refrigerator
My refrigerator side was overcooling and everything inside was frozen below 0 deg F. So we called Sears. Technician made 4 trip with two weeks apart order and replace Temperature sensor and damper. Within couple of hours temperature on both sides reached above 70degF. Now my fridge is warmer then outside. We called Sears right away instead they reschedule for following week. Today the technician cancelled the appt without telling us why and pushed my appointment for 2 more weeks. I have no fridge to use. Shouldnt they fix it ASAP when the technician broke it. Now I cant use either side. I am living out of Icebox.

Refrigerator still not working
Refrigerator still not working - so this guy showed up on the first trip and ordered all the parts he thought that he needed. He showed up the next week before the parts arrived and he even said he made a mistake so we cannot repair but the tracking showed him the repair parts were coming the following day so we confirmed that he would come after 1 o'clock my wife is home. He showed up the following day at 10 AM and did not text or call Les just showed up and then left it took us 2 to 3 weeks to get a technician in as they kept canceling our appointments due to no available provider. When he came back to install all the parts he said give the fridge 24 hours to work well it's been about a week and it still does not work it's actually hotter with The fridge running about 62° and the freezer at 52° and now it has taken us several months to get a simple repair done this is out of control and anytime we call customer service to hear the issue of having a refrigerator down for so long unfortunately nothing has been done about it. We need this fixed asap!

Terrible
This company is terrible in every way. Long wait times when calling. Unfriendly customer service. Last tech never installed all parts ordered. He just took it with him and told my it's fixed you don't need the part. The freezer is not fixed and he is an idiot.

Raymond came on 8/8/2023 for the second time to repair the broiler on our GE Monogram range. He replaced the range broil burner and the range Oven gas valve. The broiler was working but after he left we smelled gas. I called our local gas company who came to check for leaks and found a leak on the gas safety valve which Raymond had replaced . We now are without a working range while our gas company orders a part. Raymond had a bad attitude throughout the time he was here. He complained how heavy the range was and when putting the range back in place it not flush against the back wall like it had been. He insisted it was fine. I asked to to pull it back out to see what the problem was and turned out it was not plugged back in and the cord was jammed under the anti tilt bar. The man is not happy with his job.

Fridge
Looked as fridge and said can't do anything and left ! Was scheduled yesterday but didn't show and came today and didn't do anything. Won't recommend it.
