Dale was fine, came in and changed ice maker, however it is still not making ice, he was done by 4:30 pm said we should have ice about three hours, it is not making ice and it is 8:30pm. If no ice by morning will call in for repair.

Ken was very polite and professional. Once he realized that he could not pull the wall oven out far enough to gain access to the element wire, he told us that we needed someone that could extend the electric supply line to the oven.

John was professional and explained everything. Unfortunately he was not told by CWS what the problem was and found out that a previous technician did not do a full repair , breaking some parts and leaving screws off. This will cost me to order the replacement part and then have it installed
