The great service started with the call from Randall confirming the issue I was having with my range. When Travis arrived I was wearing a mask because of my husband's health issue. He immediately said that he would get his mask from his vehicle. He was very courteous and professional throughout the job. He installed the needed part which he had in his vehicle.

Technician was great, fast and friendly. However, I feel like your agenda is only to push for appliance insurance and not actually help repair the problem. The cost to repair was way too high, I can purchase another oven for less. And if I went with the insurance I would be paying over double that in a a year. Especially, now when all our other bills and the cost of living has increased it was an awful feeling for Sears to do that. All my oven needed was a igniter, and by the symptoms I had given this was apparent, the icing on the cake was after scheduling this appointment a week ago, the tech stated he had to order the part.

The technician was polite and quick. My only complaint is SEARS not being able to provide a more exact time for the appointment. It was very inconvenient to have to stay home all day because the appointment window was 8 hours.
