He found my coils were full of thick dust. I had no clue. (Didn't have that problem at my previous house with different refrigerator.) We'll hopefully see the freezer freezing again. He replaced the thing that the water is connected to which was leaking from the back of the refrigerator. Hopefully the unit will work better now.
