Davis came on time and that's a big plus for me. He examined the leak area and determined it was not the dishwasher hose or anything relating to the dishwasher. He advised that I reconnect Sears again to explain that I needed an actual plumber which he said he was not. He ran diagnostics on my dishwasher and showed me where the water was leaking

William even took the time to explain to me the process of the operations of the machine to help me better understand the issue the dishwasher was having.
