He was such a nice young man and really did his best to fix my freezer, but it was just too old to try to save it....over 30 years old. He will make sure we get back the money we used for the part & labor. He even gave us the names of the best brands and where to buy them.

I would use him again but your system stinks. I noticed my freezer problem on Friday. I knew that I probably would not get service until after the weekend. I was given an appointment for Monday. There were plenty of email messages putting things together. Come Monday the tech came a bit after 8 am. There was no message that he was on the way. When he arrived he rang the bell and called my land line which showed up as Spam. He did not call or message me on my cell which was the primary on all the messages. He left saying that no one was at home. We were at home waiting for him back in the bathroom. I was given a new appointment for today Wednesday. In the meantime I got in touch with you (woman with surname Green) to be assured that the next tech would use my cell #. She assured me that he would. Hugo called this afternoon on the land line and fortunately we were next to the phone. You make it difficult to connect when you do not follow the plan that you laid out. I'd recommend Hugo, but not your service because it doesn't work.

Technician was superb. They have always been great. Your customer service stinks. I was booked and repeatedly confirmed the tech was coming on 2/29 from 8 to 5 to service both the refrigerator and freezer. Stayed home all day but tech never showed up, called or sent message. Called back at 5:15 to be told the appointment had not been set up with the tech. Would be returning on Monday March 4th to service the refrigerator only. Then received a message saying the appointment had now been rescheduled for March 8th. On the morning of the 4th the tech called and said he was coming that day, was #7 on his list and would arrive between 2 and 5 p.m. Actually arrived around 12:45 with a trainee, serviced both the refrigerator and freezer. Was to order a part for the refrigerator door that was suppose to have been ordered the previous year. My service contract is now expired, don't think I would be purchasing another appliance from Sears if you were actually selling them. Would rather pay more, buy local and have service when it is needed.
