Great Help
Jake was professional and courteous. He arrived and spent time explaining things to me. He evaluated the situation and found out exactly what was wrong. He also gave me advice on another appliance that was not working properly. This was above and beyond his requirement for this service call.

First time I called for service on my freezer the lady I talked to told me she had me down for the next following day it would be between eight and five I waited till nearly 4 o'clock I called you guys back come to find out she never scheduled my appointment so I was not happy about that, the second time I called the girl I talked with set up my appointment and she was pleasant and the technician who came out was pleasant
