Your service repair person didn't really do anything but open the dryer and check the vent. Said it must have been something that I did wrong to have the machine make the noise. I did ask him to check to make sure it wasn't the belts which he told me it couldn't be the problem. No help at all and a big waste of time. Problem not resolved!

Washer still not working properly
Gus has been out in multiple occasions!! Replaced multiple parts!! He left yesterday after replacing 'the brains' and the first load of clothes I did………same problem only worse now!!! Happening on normal selection!!! I do not want him again. I want Scott!! It is impossible to talk to a human at your company and I am fed up!!! This warranty is worthless. It's obvious that I have purchased a lemon!!!! I will find out who to contact so I can place a formal complaint!!!! If you know customer service at all, you will reach out to me to resolve this thing!!!!!

Repair not working
This guy is great, his assistant Brad is cold and uncaring. Today marks my 5th visit with Sears for a dryer issue. Motor was installed but I told guys it's making a noise. After they left the noise got louder and louder. Recalled Brad this am, told me he heard nothing yesterday. I kept saying something is wrong. BRAD is an uncaring cold tech.

Technician very efficient. Sears customer service is terribl
The technician was great when he was able to do the repairs. Because Sears doesn't allow overtime, it took weeks longer than it should have to get the technician here. I am not happy with how long this took. Sears scheduling is subpar, and it is impossible to talk to a human. They have no customer service.

Waited for appointment and he did nothing
Technician said we need to replace the mother board or the unit and didn't repair anything. Googled how to fix it and my wife did the repair. I don't recommend.

Sears has made multiple visits since September and problem is still not fixed. On this visit I was told need to run vinegar thru dishwasher. I have done this twice and. Still getting error I20. After tech left got another I20. If you can't fix it why can't it be replaced?

Dylan was very helpful diagnosing the problem with the dryer. When installed the vent hose was never hooked up to the out side vent pipe. This caused a build up of lint in the area of the dryer. He did not have a vent hose with him, thus was unable to fix the problem.
