Drew was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Once the part came in and here was here to install it, he then saw that another part was broken and he called and found the part that was needed. He went and got that part and completed the repair. Outstanding service!!

Joseph, seemed knowledgeable about servicing, ours was a tough one. He had to fix the issues of another appliance repair contractor. I will give it to him, he was willing to tear the washing machine down completely but our home warranty said it would be too costly, and just opted to replace it.
