Dishwasher repair
Despite the total of 5 separate appointments scheduled with 2 being cancelled by Sears for your system claiming the parts hadn't been sent and they were, in fact, here- it seems my dishwasher is finally fixed. Thank you Andrew. Getting through via phone or Sears Home Hub is really a challenge but the service people, when they get here, are great

Service excellent--but procedures terrible
Brandon the technician did a fine job. He was pleasant and patient and got the work done. That was a bit of a relief because it had been difficult to communicate about this appointment. Since my only personal contact was with the merchant (Albert Lee) and the appliance is an Electrolux, I had no idea I would be dealing with Sears. I received emails from Sears about the appointment more than once a day, but had no way to ask questions. The process was impersonal to the max, not very comforting to a customer who has problems with a brand new appliance.

Excellent job - everything works now!
After a 7 month sojourn with dozens of contacts with the warranty company trying to get my Electrolux oven repaired, Constantine "Stan" showed up after some parts were located and effectively diagnosed how to get them installed. This is a 30 inch double oven and he worked for over 4 hours the first visit, carefully pulling out the oven and replacing the self-clean switch. Unfortunately, that fix caused another Error message to show up and he had to diagnose that! Three weeks later after the additional parts arrived, Stan showed up and quickly installed them, since he knew exactly what they were for. We tested everything after he completed the installation and I can happily say that EVERYTHING now appears to work as planned. Stan is careful, polite, efficient, very experienced and clever. Thank you for resolving a very long and frustrating repair claim! 5 Stars for sure!

The lead technician's name was actually Dan his colleague might have been Tyler. Afraid I didn't really interact with the colleague as much as I did with Dan. Not only did these gentlemen have to move a stackable washer and dryer that were in a very tight space to get to the bottom of the problem but they were exceptionally gracious, professional and kind. They did an exceptional job explaining the problem to us and kept us informed while they reached out to Choice Home Warranty to try to navigate this problem. You're lucky to have men of this caliber representing the company I was extremely impressed!
