Willie was excellent
Willie arrived and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. This process would have been easier if I was allowed to do troubleshooting over the phone. He merely had to unplug the dryer and plug it back in to reset the board.

Alex was a pleasure to have in my home. Sears AI communications has to stop. Alex was great, but I may not hire Sears ever again because of the useless AI texting and email communications that I received while waiting an entire day for service. AI kept moving the arrival time back later and later, and then after 5:00pm, AI just cancelled on me. Then I had to reschedule for another day…. That day same thing 8:00-12:00 arrival kept moving later and later until Alex contacted me and arrived at 4:30. Terrible terrible AI.

The scheduling department needs some help though. Not appreciating getting a 7-11 time of arrival only to have service techs show up at 11. Not their fault, but whoever scheduled knows the jobs and should know where they are, so why have customers ready by 7:00am when the guys may arrive on their 3rd or 4th or 5th stop? Plus, they were given the wrong street address which I corrected through chat, but they never got the correction. What's up with that?
