Excellent Service
Ethan quickly determined source of the issue. He also took apart the dryer and cleaned the heating element for me as it was a little bit dirty. Service call was quick but he didn't skimp on service at all. I appreciate him, and Sears Repair for quick response times. I will definitely use them again as needed.

He was here May 14th and back on June 2 2026 rest set the air flow sencer both times. We took out Warrenty on May 14 2026 but seeing how he was here again the warranty now start over so if dryer go out I cant call to have it fixed till after July 2 2026 Thank

The repair guy was very kind. I had to wait all day for him to show up and even though we were upset, he never once said anything other than he was sorry. , we are Not happy for the time we had to wait but that is not his fault.We understand he was scheduled. Again, even as upset as we were, he was very kind and never said anything mean or derogatory. If I need service again, I would have him out in a heartbeat this time. I couldn't justify the cost of having the repairs.
