Half there
Repairman was gracious, went overboard to make sure my washer and dryer issues were taken care of and left no mess — a truck considering the amount of dust he pulled out of the dryer! However, now the timer on the dryer isn't working correctly and it doesn't turn itself off nor does it cycle through the various levels of drying. So, I got to call back.

Too expensive
He was at the house and diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes but the price was outrageous. $350 to change a fuse. Will not use this service again.

dryer repair?
Allen was a nice guy. He reset our dryer which we do ourselves regularly. He found blockage in the vent and we cleaned it. He did not listen to us that the dryer doesn't dry well and needs to be fixed. Even multiple cycles at various settings will not dry any load.

Didn't go the extra mile
The technician came out to my house right away. Said it was my motor of my dryer that was not working correctly. I don't even think he pulled it aparthe wasn't at my house for more than 10 minutes. I had someone else come out after him. And they fixed my dryer by cleaning the motor. I would like a refund on the initial service fee.

Dryer still making loud noise towards the end.
The technician change the necessary parts. However we didn't test the dryer towards the end. Loud noise still there. Call Sears again for the technician to come back. We're still waiting for the technician Isiah. Thanks.

well this has been the forth time for the same call getting disapointed He put the parts in (not the guy before who ordered them). Iam sure he was wondering why these parts but?? its to the pint that the wife wants to replace the dryer we will wait if the parts break in.. got any suggestions?

Dryer Repair
Lack of communication between Sears and their technician. If I was rating Sears overall I would rate a one but since the technician showed up and repaired the dryer….a 3 star rating will suffice.

Dryer Repair
The dryer is not repaired, it's still making the same noise and is not as quiet as it was. The dryer was not put back together completely (top lid is loose, the door just drops when opening, and the bottom panel is not on all the way). Since you have an eight-hour window for arrival time of service, it would be good customer service if a representative would call the customer to inform them when service is cancelled or rescheduled.
