Washer Dryer Service
Customers should not have to sign documents on a phone. There should be paperwork (hard copies) and easy to read. A paper copy of service should be left with customer. Also tech demanded I sign on his phone that there was cosmetic damage on my washer and dryer. There was very minor things I didn't even see until he pointed it out. I told him to put minor cosmetic. He no, cosmetic is cosmetic. Didn't care for the attitude. I had to sign his phone 4 or 5 times. Nobody should have to sign anything that many times and before the work is done. I still haven't received the paper copies of what I signed. I will not doing business with this company again.

over $500, 2 full days out of work and a Saturday
After over $500, 2 full days out of work and a Saturday, we are still having the same issue we were before it was "fixed". Our dryer still makes the same horrible noise when its first turned on. Rollers and belt have been replaced but no better.

Provide appropriate customer treatment.
Even though the service man had a large van, he refused to take the large box with broken dryer drum. Rude & unprofessional treatment to clients who have been long time Sears customers with service warranties.

Too long to finish repairs
It takes to long to complete repairs when pairs arrive. Went 3 weeks no frig. Can't talk to human voice only computer

1st Sears Service Call Experience
I was completely satisfied with original service call and felt received good status update on the not working dryer. I chose to not repair and puchased a new dryer. 2nd problem requested was to replace cracked Washer lid. He suggested ordering the replacement lid for the Dryer, which was not available and a service person could return and install with no additional diagnostic fee. I had suggested that since I had requested the replacement in the initial repair call, I was looking to not paying an additional diagnostic fee. I expected the original fee plus their profit on the part would be accepted.

Not functioning properly
Dryer will not complete a cycle saying clothes are dry, ran through 4 cycles and still not dry. Load consists of 4 shirts 5 pants and 2 towels

Dryer repair
The dryer is still not repaired after 5 weeks of screwing with this. . I'm speechless. Never dealt with this kind of service. Still getting E 61 error. Erick left saying it was repaired. He did not test it long enough. You'd think this could be figured out by now. This is not good service. Communication is poor.

Dryer repair
Service person had different problem diagnosis than the first technician. Part that was ordered wasn't used and was left behind. Technician agreed that there was another problem but left before clarifying what Sears home services was going to do about it. I need to speak with someone about how you plan to fulfill your obligations under my service plan.
