Fixed but not completed

Dishwasher was fixed but tech could not return dishwasher to its original position. Last tech who diagnosed the needed repair was able to do so without issue. But now the appliance sticks an inch out from the counter. Have had to request second tech to remedy a problem that should have been dealt with at time of repair. Frustrated and disappointed.

We started up our dishwasher after dinner tonight and after about 20 minutes of it running, we left the kitchen thinking it was good and we went back in the kitchen only to find tons of water and suds. I took the bottom off of the dishwasher and the clip that holds the hose on to the pipe was not even on it. So needless to say, my wood floor sucked up tons of water. Glenn is not a people person. He comes off angry.

Will need a recall; after turning the dishwasher on after technician left , a loud there is a loud bumping noise that was not there before. Bryan heard the noise before leaving, but thought it was the water lin. This was not the case, so after sears cancelled my appt. From 10/17 to 10/24, I am still without a dishwasher very dissappointed!

He was very nice and courteous, but we could never replicate the error, and then 1 hour after he left, the error came back. Wish he would have investigated better to figure out the issue, I'm not bringing you guys back just to pay another $100+ to tell me the same thing….

Pretty rude

Our service provider was pretty rude and dismissive. We have an expensive Bosch dishwasher that started making a loud rumble. The service provider blamed it on low temp water and suds. No conditions have changed as to how we use the dishwasher. I don't feel like our issue was handled.

Horrible!

He was supposed to change the 4 set of wheels on our dishwasher plus the seal. He only had 3 sets of wheels on hand so he replaced just 3 sets of wheels. He said he was going to order 1 set of wheels and the seal, but he never did. We only found out because we followed up. He closed the call (job) so it will reflect to management that he completed the job.
