Provided very thorough service
Scott fixed the leak from the water hose that went from the dishwasher to under the sink where it had been leaking profusely. I felt he spent more than enough time making sure that the leak was fixed - very thorough. That issue was fixed but the following day when I ran the dishwasher, it made a strange noise half way through the complete cycle but it did finish. Today - now this is two days later, it started but then stopped and won't turn back on - still water at the bottom of the dishwasher. I checked the power source and all is fine - time for a new dishwasher I guess.

Less than satisfied
I've never felt more dismissed by a service tech. My concerns about the functionality of my dishwasher, i felt like Brett told me it was all my fault, all he could do is complain about how bad my 20 year old Bosch dishwasher looked, implying that I or someone else in the house was "manhandling" the dishwasher which is why it broke, and we were negligent because we don't run cleaning tabs all the time through it. We bought the house used 6 years ago, it came with the house. The whole thing was a joke honestly. Waste of my money and time. The window for his arrival was 8am-5pm. He showed up around noon. Honestly after the first 5 min i wanted to kick him out of my house and call someone else. I will never have sears come back to my house or recommend them to anyone.

Dishwasher still not working
I wrote a detailed review that expressed my disappointment and that review would not post. SO--- Amel looked at the mouse droppings and said that was the issue. I cleaned and dried that area and the floor and it is still giving me the same error code: an issue with the thermistor. He did not check the thermistor at all--so now I have to find another repair person or do it myself. Waste of time!!!!

Unpleased with outcome
Whatever information your technician provided, the Choice Home Warranty agency resulted in my claim to be denied. Apparently it was stated my repair was due to defective equipment in stead of normal wear and tear. We've had this item for 8 years I think it falls under normal wear and tear.

Meh technician
He showed up more than an hour after the eta. He did not have the tools to do the job, and had to make do with inappropriate tools. He was polite, but his clothes and general appearance were disheveled and dingy looking. He did not set clear expectations and did not communicate what he was doing.

Dishwasher service
I am not happy with the service I received today. I was basically told I need a new dishwasher without a thorough diagnostic test. I felt the technician was inexperienced, and in a hurry to get to his next stop. I will not use this service again

One Problem Fixed, but caused another
Calvin was good about fixing the door of our dishwasher, but a couple of days later we noticed a water leak under the dishwasher. This was likely caused by moving the dishwasher to make the door repair.

Repaired but dead 1 week later
I have a dishwasher that did not drain. Scheduled sears repair to come fix, diagnosed but part not on truck. Ok acceptable. Technician did not have anything on truck to remove the standing water in the unit, "it broke last week" and requested to use my wife's towels to get up the spilled water. Forward 7 days. The unit was again not draining and there is provision in or on the website to contact the company for follow up. Had to make another appointment for repair, was informed there is a new diagnostic fee for the visit. I will see how the repair plays out today. If better I will update

Did not finish the job n
Ivan worked very hard to try getting the top rack into the dishwasher to work properly but he was going to leave after he told me he had gotten it all fixed and it wasn't. I tried to pull the top rack out and it only came out half way. He was getting ready to leave when I was able to catch him. Then he left without me knowing.

Dishwasher was not put back properly
The two servicemen showed up on time, were polite, cleaned up the space, and gave me the estimate. However, now I cannot open the door on my dishwasher so it is completely unusable. The dishwasher was not returned to the same state of operation as when they arrived. Very disappointed.
