The service was not good, he gave me attitude he was not friendly when I told him take off his shoes and he rolled his eyes and suggested he has the shoe bags he can wear walking inside the house. Every time I asked him a question he was giving attitude.

He never fixed the dishwasher

He never fixed my dishwasher. He was fumbling, he was visibly shaking. He left and emailed me a receipt saying he installed it. He said I was being combative because I asked him why I had to sign a waiver for possible damages. I asked him if he could please promise me that he would not damage my dishwasher and he said no he could not do that. I told him to put my dishwasher racks back in the dishwasher and leave it how he found it. He put one screw on one side and I had to tell him to put the other screw in on the other side like it was when he took it apart. He had lost that screw and tried with 2 more screws which he left on top of the dishwasher then tried again with a 3rd screw and finally got it in. He didn't know what he was doing and was visibly shaking the whole time. Totally unprofessional and confused on what he was doing the whole time he was here. He tried to tell me to go into the other room till he was done fixing it. That is ridiculous this is my house. I tried calling your company when the part that was ordered didn't show. The 2nd guy ordered it again and it showed up damaged. I spent 2 hours on the phone with your company trying to get to talk to someone or the supervisor of the company and was told I couldn't do that. Your company is a HUGE scam company with VERY incompetent people. What a miserable experience. I am disabled and now I am left with fixing it myself. Carma will get you guys. You guys Absolutely Suck and all of you are Total Ripoffs. I wish nothing but bad luck for your whole company.

Second time I've used Sears for the exact same issue. First time they came out and ordered parts but never returned to install them. Second time charged me again and still didn't install the part they ordered. Technician #1 turned off the water until parts would come in. Technician #2 said the problem was the water was turned off. Can't make this stuff up. Ridiculous.

burnt up the pump on my dishwasher and now sears will not replace the unit!! filled my kitchen with smoke then asked if i had a FIRE EXTINGUISHER!!!1 now i am with out a dishwasher.... THANKS A LOT..

Technician told me what I already knew - that drain pump was not working. I was charged something like $169 for nothing. I called another certified dishwasher technician, and based on quality of phone conversation, expect to see problem resolved at a cost including parts and labor that was less that what I was charged to have the Sears technician simply tell me a part was broken.

Firstly, you gave me an appointment on 18th Jan. Nobody showed up. Then you gave me an appointment on 19th Jan. Nobody showed up again. Then you gave me an appointment on 22nd Jan. The guy showed up and ordered a part. Then the part was backordered and this caused a delay. Why should I care if Sears cannot furnish the part in time? Why couldn't the repair technician be authorized to go to a local parts store and buy the part off the racks? Then the technician came today (Donald - he was great but helpless because of Sears' DISORGANIZATION) and he said the wrong part had been ordered. Again - why should I care? The only thing I care about is that my dishwasher was not fixed. Sorry Donald - this is not a reflection on you but on this company that provides appointments 2 and 3 weeks out for fixing every day usage appliances like dishwashers and cooking ranges (at my other property the same DISORGANIZATION happened with my cooking range). The company does not care that customers are suffering while not being able to use their appliances. They provide appointments based on technician availability. Which tells me they need to spend more money on keeping their customers happy by hiring more technicians to do the job and not stretch their current technicians out so thin. PLUS, the only numbers they make available to customers are those of the technicians. Cowards hide behind honest employees and do not even provide customers a phone number to reach out. What a great way of doing business. No wonder the company got washed out of their brick and mortar stores. Not much longer till the rest of the business collapses as well. They need to understand that the only way to do well in any business is to make the customers happy - to invest into making the customers happy - not to hide away from customers and count the money you fleeced them out of. Oh and by the way, this review is going on Google reviews and every other review platform out there.

Couldn't find the problem with the dishwasher. Did get it running and left. It isn't working now that he left. Plus, website has a tracking app to show you when technician is to arrive. Didn't work. Showed arrival time at 207, he came closer to 3. No phone call to advise, just showed up. Not worth the monthly service fee to have Sear's service plan.
