Hi although the repair person was very polite and nice my dishwasher was working and now it's not the only complaint I had called about was a noise nothing else

He was too behind on his scheduled route to finish our service so closed our ticket without ordering the parts or rescheduling. He treated us like an inconvenience, it was very unprofessional and a bad experience.

Dish washer repair

The issue has been going on for 3 months now , come out replace parts it has the same issue a day or week later. Today the tech wiggled a wire and the power came back on and he said it was fixed . I asked him to unplug the connector in question to see if the power goes off and he did and the dish washer did not lose power. The connector was not the issue. The dish washer has a short and sears just keeps charging the home warranty company and says its repaired. No signature or checkout before tech left just left. Unable to reach Sears by phone because the phone tree just hangs up no option for an operator . We will never choose Sears for repair. Terrible service and impossible to reach.

The issues may not lie with the technician. After 3 visits, and having torn up my floor to enable access to the dishwasher, he told me that the fitting was rusted and that Sears is not able to remove that. He gave me a number to call about compensation. After being bounced back and forth and sitting on hold for 10-15 minutes, I was told that rust is not covered by the home warranty. So the dishwasher is not fixed and Sears will not cover any of the replacement costs. Poor service for my money.

Sloppy reinstall of dishwasher

He put the dishwasher back in the cabinet crooked and it's loose. Then I spent another 45 minutes in the Sears phone tree trying to get someone to send him back out to do it right, so I have another service appointment next Monday and have to spend another 4 hours away from work waiting for someone to come out and do something over that would have taken him an extra 5 minutes to do correctly while he was here the first time.

This issue with our dishwasher has been going on for almost 3 months and has left us without this appliance for just about the same amount of time. I didn't write a review the first time around because mistakes happen and people and companies have bad days. After a second round of mistakes and poor customer service it's definitely a miss on troubleshooting skills, poor processes, bad communication and no escalation opportunities. We originally were told our control panel was broken and had a new part ordered. That part wasn't the right part which pushed us out another few weeks. We get the correct control panel replaced and the dishwasher almost immediately starts giving us another user error. By the time we get the technician back out he tells us that the dishwasher filter is clogged. Which makes so little sense since we haven't used to dishwasher given the control panel issues. Shortly after we get another error message and can't run the dishwasher. The technician comes back and tells us that's there's actually a "giant" hole in the dishwasher hose. He orders us a new hose. And that hose is of course the incorrect part. The technician tells us that "Samsung doesn't make it easy to order replacement parts." Then proceeds to sign my name for me on the work order. This information is all covered under warranty but it's basic knowledge to not forge anyone's signature. Basically, the lack of any sense of urgency from the technician, the non existent help from the warranty company or customer service has been a giant pain. Sears made about 3 big mistakes and just told us they'd be back in a week or so each and every time. I cannot understand how there is no expediting parts when technicians clearly don't understand how to place the correct order. The entire experience was a 0/10.

After a few minutes of a quick online search said he could not find the part and gave up! I have to imagine you guys have numbers to call to manufacturers to track down parts when a simple online search doesn't work!
