Dishwasher maintenance
Technician arrived within the scheduled appt. time frame. Was knowledgeable of his work. While servicing the dishwasher he noticed that the wheels on the lower dishwasher rack was missing screws that keep them in place. I was given the website and item number to order a replacement. He also instructed me how to attach the parts when i receive them. Overall, I am satisfied with my service visit.
