Tam gave exceptional service
Tam arrived on time and went right to work. It had been a long time since my washer and dryer had maintenance service and he really looked them over, pulling them out and cleaning and vacuuming behind them. A lot of things had fallen down behind them and he got those all out for me. He then proceeded to clean the units, making them both shine like new and they are 22 years old! On top of that, he was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. When I need maintenance service on these units again, I hope that he can be the one who is sent to do it!
