Lawn tractor John Deer.....
Andrew did a nice job on a piece of equipment that typically company does not service. He improvised, he was polite, he was considerate and professional. My husband has not been able to service our lawn tractor since a serious illness 4 years ago. Needless to say it was time. Andrew was wonderful. However. I'm not fond of your AI phone service. Had Andrew and not willing to go above and beyond. We would most likely not gotten our lawn tractor fixed.
