Two-step upholstery cleaning process
- First, a trained upholstery technician applies a heated fabric-cleaning spray to lift dirt out of the upholstery fibers.

Major scheduling fiasco but great technician service
Has been a great expenditure of time and effort to have my appliances serviced under a prepaid Sears protection agreement. Their AI system is terribly flawed and bot will not allow you to speak to live agent. Appointments were made by me but changed by their system. Would schedule 3 appliances and they would only confirm 2. Would text Sears confirming 3 appliances several times but when tech arrived, he only had 2 appliances scheduled. Tajmohammad did all 3 when arrived despite his incorrect orders. I will definitely NOT renew the protection agreement. It just is not worth all the wasted time.
