Tim was probably the best service technician that I've ever worked with. His level of expertise and experience was evident from the moment he began our appointment. His insightful conversation was very much appreciated. On top of that, our issues were solved. If I ever need another service call, I will be asking for Timothy! Great job!

Ice maker problem
Timothy seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful. Although the ice maker still doesn't work he was able to advise me as to what needs to be done and gave me all of my options to think over and diside my best option. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having appliance problems.

Frank was honest and upfront about everything. Communicated well. Got the job done quickly. Highly recommend Frank. On a different note, I will never use Sears to repair appliances ever again. The amount they charged for labor and parts was on the verge of insanity. Absolute rip off. Will NEVER use Sears again.

Timothy is very good. I liked him for two reasons. He is very knowledgeable in his work and professional in his dealings with me. He explained all my questions and listened to me and solved the problem. Specially compared to some others who come and finish the job and leave quickly as if they are wasting time in helping.

Your technician was great as always, very helpful. He helped us through a very stressful situation. As far as sears warranties, I can't wait for this next year to be over! I'm so sick and tired of Sears! It is so hard to get through to the proper department or talk to anyone. I have had sears protection agreements for years but lately you guys SUCK! I will never be a sears customer again and will never recommend you!
