Excellent Service. Clear Recommendations. Friendly Tech.
Frank was friendly and helpful, adjusting to the wrong address in the Sears system and a missed phone call. He was quick with his dishwasher diagnosis, and gave us clear options for repair, plus recommendations for replacement. 5-stars all around.

David was exceptional. He was professional, courteous, efficient and did the job that 3 other technicians refused to do, which was switch the dryer door to the other side. The previous technician, George, was nice but refused to do the job unless there were two people. David is a KEEPER, a real treasure!
