Dwight was very professional fixing my dishwasher. He was very careful not to get any water on the floor. He replaced it a moderate amount of time and cleaned up afterwards. Very good!

David was great. Professional, courteous, knew what he was doing. My issue though is beyond David's control. His device was giving him false information. He said the system told him parts were NLA. he assured me they were, but because of the system malfunction he couldn't even give me a price because sears "system" was acting up Based on his 35 years experience, he gave me a ballpark quote. $600 for 4 replacement rollers made out of China? More than the steel and motor and heating element? These rollers are no more than $1.00 each. I will never buy an LG again but to reiterate, David was great

I had a wonderful experience with Tim. He called about 15-20 minutes before his arrival. He was very attentive when I explained the issues. He figured out the problem, explained it to me and fixed it all within a short amount of time. Tim should get a raise.
