Repair was great! In and out with no issues. My issue is with the automated phone line. You cannot reach a real person and it took me 3 weeks for a 5 minute fix because the system thought the part had not arrived and cancelled my original appointment. But that was no fault of the repairman.

Today the tech was training someone and they did great. We had a different tech out when first trip and today's service was good. They didn't make comments about of sorry you bought this product. They were there did job and did extra of cleaning the lint out as the trainer told the guy was it's because it's the right thing to do. They were here in a timely manner.
