Tech was great; polite and competent. Got the job done, and we appreciate him. Your notifications are a bit much though. I appreciate you keeping us informed but if I had to guess between the initial contact and scheduling a parts install I received at least thirty different notifications via email, text and phone calls. A bit much. Anyway, it's fixed and that's what matters. Thanks

Stove repair
Andrew was very kind and professional. He was very knowledgeable and shared things we needed to do electrical wise. We have a terrible issue right now and he was very gracious and showed no judgement even though we were mortified. I would definitely use him again . After all the trouble we had getting a repair company here after a month , your company was right on it . Thank you so much for taking care of this issue .
